Yes, free forever, with no trial clock. It gives you 30 entries a month, the blank and gratitude templates, mood check-ins, 3 habits, 20 open tasks, 30 days of Insights, 3 private reflections a month and the first 2 days of every paid pathway. No card is ever needed for it.
Your trial becomes a paid subscription and your card is charged when it ends, unless you cancel first. We email you a reminder a few days before. Cancel and you stay on the free plan with every entry you have written.
Yes. Move between Pro and Couples, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel from Settings, Plan. Upgrades take effect straight away and charge the difference; cancelling keeps everything you paid for until the end of the period.
One subscription covers two people. After you subscribe, invite your partner from Together in the app. Once they accept, their account includes everything in Pro for as long as your Couples plan is active. One payment, monthly or yearly.
Yes. If MindJrnl is not for you, ask within 30 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full. The details are in our Terms of Service.

Yes, on every plan including Free. Download a complete copy of everything tied to your account from Settings whenever you like. Portability is your right, not an upsell.
No. Reflections and patterns are worked out by a rule-based engine on our own servers. Your entries are never sent to a third-party AI model and never used to train one.
